Once you are operating as an approved service provider under the Ticket to Work program, it is important to stay up-to-date on training that the Ticket Program Manager (TPM) offers, policy changes, conference calls and other events. The best way to do this is by checking the Information Center and Calendar of Events frequently. If you miss an event, visit the Events Archive for audio, transcripts, and any materials used during the event.
You can also ensure that you are aware of all Ticket to Work news and events by doing the following:
- Ensuring that your contact information is current with the TPM and Social Security Administration
- Alerting TPM of staff changes at your organization
- Ensuring that email messages from TPM are not going to your "Spam" folder
Social Security hosts three quarterly calls in conjunction with TPM. The All Employment Network (EN) Call, All Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Call and the All EN Payments Call are held quarterly to offer service providers an opportunity to catch up on Ticket to Work program news and ask questions about issues impacting them everyday.
