Provider Support Helpline

The Provider Support Helpline is available to ENs and State VR agencies to provide technical assistance with EN Payments, VR Payments, Ticket Assignability, Individual Work Plan (IWP), and Ticket Portal questions.

Center for Suitability and Personnel Security (CSPS)

The office responsible for security/suitability background investigations, the Center for Suitability and Personnel Security (CSPS), now has a toll free number. Employment Networks may contact them at:
