American Indian/Alaska Native Vocational Rehabilitation (AIVR) programs
American Indian/Alaska Native Vocational Rehabilitation (AIVR) programs (Section 121 of the Rehabilitation Act) are automatically qualified to become Employment Networks (ENs).
Through the Ticket Program, Social Security supports:
- Enhancing career development and employment for American Indians and Alaskan Natives with disabilities
- Engaging with other Federal partners who serve Tribal communities, including the Department of Labor, the Bureau of Indian Health, and others that support efforts to connect American Indians and Alaskan Natives to work and career opportunities
