Ticket Program Manager

The Ticket Program Manager (TPM) carries out the daily administration of the Social Security Administration's Ticket to Work (Ticket) and Self Sufficiency Program. It is tasked with providing preliminary and ongoing training to beneficiaries, Employment Networks (ENs), and State Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) agencies; maintaining clear and consistent communications with service providers and beneficiaries, and providing technical assistance and call center support to all participants in the Ticket Program.

The TPM is responsible for marketing the Ticket Program, administering payments to service providers, and monitoring and ensuring that all Ticket Program participants adhere to the rules of the law and the Ticket to Work legislation.
