Service Provider Foundations Learning Modules

The versions of the Service Provider Foundations curriculum modules available on yourtickettowork.ssa.gov allow all Employment Networks (EN) to access the same required training that new ENs and new key points of contact at existing ENs must complete. Social Security is providing these modules online for information purposes only. Please note that Social Security does not track the completion of the modules on this page and accessing these modules will not count toward any training requirements listed in the TPA. If you are required to take the Service Provider Foundations training as a new EN, new key point of contact at an existing EN, or due to a site visit, you must complete the training by contacting ENOperations@ssa.gov.
