National Calls - Specific Topics
In addition to hosting National All Calls, the Ticket Program Manager (TPM) periodically hosts national calls surrounding specific topics such as the Annual Performance Outcome Report (APOR) and the Services and Supports Review process. While some of these calls such as the APOR call occur each year, others such as the Services and Supports Review call were a single event that took place in response to change in policy. Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) Kickoff
Webinar for State Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) agency staff who handle cost reimbursement claims. This meeting, facilitated by Social Security, provided VR agency staff with the details of how Social Security will reimburse all VR agencies for Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS). The goal of the call was to review the change to the VR Cost Reimbursement policy and provide VR agencies with the information they need to submit quality Pre-ETS claims.

Virtual VR Cost Reimbursement Training
Webinar for Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) agency staff who handle cost reimbursement claims. This training by Social Security provided VR agency staff with an overview of the VR cost reimbursement process and the Ticket Portal. The goal of the training was to provide VR agencies with the information they need to submit quality claims.
