A national Administrative EN since 2014, the American Dream Employment Network (ADEN) has created an innovative solution for employment service providers to become a part of the Ticket to Work program and operate as an Employment Network. ADEN Members receive value-added technical assistance and training from the ADEN team, former EN operators and experienced Ticket providers for the past 20 years. ADEN Members inherit a library of customized professional tools to ease their workload. There is no cost to become an ADEN Member. Currently, a wide variety of providers have joined ADEN, including vocational rehabilitation professionals, community rehabilitation providers, Centers for Independent Living, and public workforce agencies. The New York Employment Services system (NYESS) is a partnership of over 225 qualified providers in New York State that are seeking to assist individuals with disAbilities to obtain and maintain work. The NYESS team of providers and staff work together to provide a single point to access all employment-related services and supports, including job matching with approximately 90,000 jobs currently posted by New York employers.
